that is probably so that it arrives at far more friendly time. In fact it has improved its arrival of timing at many stations along route, at the cost of reduced speed.

Pune to Satara - 5 hours????? That too without a halt in between. Only 5 Xing enroute. 30 kmph speed. lol...
Will reach Satara and halt on the platform blocking the platform for 2 hours...This long halt should be made after MAO. Cuz the Pune to Belgavi passengers will stop travelling by this train
