DO NOT TRAVEL BY 12450 GOA SAMPARK KRANTI. Believe me on that. I traveled by 1AC from CHD to Bombay.
There were roaches, cockroaches, pests in the train even in 1AC. The cabins stink, the seats are dirty and stink. The floor is dirty. The bedding they give is dirty and stink. The food is worst and cold when served. My wife had food poisoning. Along with the smell in the cabins and the food poisoning she started migraine and threw up. Lost a lot of fluid in the body. Remember that the food is Rs. 100/plate. The snacks cost Rs. 49. I ordered 5 and the guy told me give him Rs. 50 for each and he will return me...

the rest of the Rs.5. Guess what,,,, no one cared to give me Rs. 5 back. Its not the matter of Rs. 5 but the honesty and ethics. Besides this, the bathrooms stink as hell. When I mean stink it means really stink. They smell poop and piss. No soap, no toilet paper and broken floor of the bathroom. The people who work on the train are rude and just ignore you. There is no safety on the 1AC at all. The local street sellers come on board and sell stuff like screwdrivers, playing cards, balms, local food etc. More ever I was shocked to see Hijraas come on the train and open your door and demand you the money. You ignore them and they keep on standing on the door and shouting and rude mouth. Any body just knock on the door and open the door without even care to knock. I am really really shocked to see that. Did I mention that AC do not work. It's just the blower. There is no cooling.
The TT at the CHD station told me not to ever ever take 1AC in Goa Sampark. He said god knows where they pick this old car and put it as 1AC. He told me to be careful next time and be alert on the train. Its because he saw that I am with the kids and also made a good repo with him. While we were talking he called the one of the cleaning guy and yelled at him and told him to clean the bathroom at once. It really really really was stinking. The seats are dirty and spotty and smelly and thus the whole cabin stinks. The bedding they gave smells too. You ask the guys working there to change it and they nod and never come back. At one point I thought of demanding the clean bedding but then refrained myself thinking that if any local vendor can board the train (remember hijraas) there is no safety and these rude modafukas can do anything. I also remembered what the TT said which was to be alert. Believe me guys, I didnt sleep all my journey.
If you have another option then take something else. Take some other train BUT DO NOT TAKE THIS TRAIN. No wonder why there were so many tickets available for this train. Now I am worried about the tickets I have booked of Duronto from Bombay to NDLS since it had a lot of tickets available too.
