Yes.............Jhansi will remain stoppage but in statics, Revanue of Jhansi will go down, And once revanue get down, then after no train will be able to ignore Gwalior and give preference to Jhansi.
Not a big fan of Jhansi myself, and to be honest I feel rather bad that bigger cities like Gwalior, Agra and even Mathura suffer due there proximity to Delhi while Jhansi surges ahead.......
