My query was why TVC/MAO Raj with 2/3 halts are slower than BCT/AK Raj with 5/11 halts between BSR and NZM
Why loco change is not done at Panvel/BSR ? I even gave a suggestion of sending electric to BDTS trip shed and Diesel link KYN Diesel trip shed as WAP from BSR to NZM would mean diesel waste avoided and also like BCT/AK Raj is allowed to do 130 with WAPs, TVC too will gain clearance soon

Issues raised in your above quoted letter has been examined and remarks pertain to Coaching Branch is as under :-
Regarding speeding up of 12431/12432 Trivandurnm-Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express and 22413/22414 Nizamuddin-Madgaon Rajdhani Express, these trains owned and maintained by Northern Railway. CRS sanction required which is under process on receipt at requisite sanction the same will be worked in consultation with adjoining Zonal Railway.
