You have direct train from Patna for TPTY,
HWH/RNC/TATA/BBS are some good changeover point for TPTY.

One more idea would be 12365 (upto RNC) ---> 13351 (From RNC to BZA) ---> 17402 (from BZA to TPTY)
Take 6E 342 PAT CCU 9w 652 CCU MAA & trn from Chennai to Tirupathi
Once plz check 22644 will take less time compared to sanga or ppta ypr plz cross check Even in km also nearly 300km odd less than them
