The Ministry of Railways' tweet announcing the restriction imposed on a single user, by virtue which the user can only book upto 6 tickets per month.
Aimed to deter touts, there is also a nice statistical break up of the percentages of passengers who book some ___ % of tickets per month.
As per the ministry's statistical analysis only 4.20 % of the IRCTC users use it for buying > 10 tickets per month....

Bad decision....Can railways define who is a "tout" ?
Whats wrong if a so called tout books ticket for an illiterate and charges some money.
