The Ministry of Railways' tweet announcing the restriction imposed on a single user, by virtue which the user can only book upto 6 tickets per month.
Aimed to deter touts, there is also a nice statistical break up of the percentages of passengers who book some ___ % of tickets per month.

restriction wouldn't be applicable to the tickets booked at the reservation counters.........
Although a good move but it has got it's share of faults....
1. How long would it take for a tout or an agent to make multiple accounts.....
2. Is the return journey too considered in this '6 tickets a person' plan.....because that would kind off halving the number of journeys a passenger can make....
