2010-11 me kiul jamalpur doubling complete hone ke baad delhi to bhagalpur pura route double hone ke baad bhi train kabhi bhagalpul right time nahi pahuchti jabki iska MPS & pick up rajdhani se takkar ka hai, badi dukh ki baat hai. Ek baar Jo huaa WO baar baar ho to khushi hogi. Sahibganj loop me kiul to barharwa section ki rajdhani hai ye train. Ees area ke logo ki dil ki dhadkan hai ye. Best train of this section hai ye. Iska example baaki train driver ko diya jaata hai yahan.

Bilkul dil ki baat kar di aap ne. Yaad hai wo din in early 1990's jab yeh train SBG to BGP and BGP to SBG 45-50 mins me cover karti thi par aab 90 mins se kam nahi lagta hai.

Yaad hai, tab mai chhota tha, khidki ki seat ke liye logo se request karta tha taki iski speed dekh saku. Ab aisa nahi hai, 74 km ke liye minimum 90 minutes lagte hai. There r 2 reasons I think for it. First halt at kahalgaon from 12-13 years back and second Increase in no. of trains in the section without doubling tracks. The tracks condition has gone worse and not supporting high MPS. I remember, no. of trains were so less in the section and all the local trains were used to be stopped at various halts even for 30 minutes and tracks between bhagalpur to sahibganj were emptied fully for passage of this train at full possible MPS. After doubling of sbg bgp, let's see whether the golden era of that time comes or not.

i remember this train didn't had a stop at KIUL Jn earlier n they gave a halt at Kiul due to Loco Change .. BGP n aaspas ke area ke log abhi bhi isko Tinsukia Mail bolte hain .. this is a legendary train almost SF wala schedule hai iska DLI-PNBE me..
hope DFC poora hone ke baad again iska time wapas aayega :)
