that is better option, to demand another train via pvr, nstead of replacing existing train.
another option is to Divert PUNE-HYB Exp(17013) as HYB-KOP exp... or atleast run this train as HYB-KOP train when it is not running as PUNE-HYB Exp.
This train 17013 train is not preferred as it takes lot more time than other trains on PUNE-HYB route. it can be seen form its availability list.

what the problem with availability? if a train has 21 seats available whats wrong with it? look at solapur kolhapur train . even the 2 bogies that are reserved will have availability. And more over the train has just one rake. days on whoch it doesnt work as pune hyb, it has to run as hyb pune. plus there ismaintainence.. so thats diff.the only thing that could happen is they IR shifts the trin to kolhapur on atleast one day. But i doubt that cause the pune service is usualy full
I mean to say, there are a lot other PUNE-HYB trains available on the route, which are quicker than this train, so they have the options, but for KOP-HYB there is no option,
also on experimental basis this rake can be run on KOP-HYB route on a day when it is not running on PUNE-HYB route, well one can see the response then CR can opt for the new rake.
