I travelled in 12003 and 12004 Delhi-Lucknow Shatabdi express recently (15 Feb and 19 Feb 2016). While travelling I observed that the train jerked a lot when it was speeding. It spilled my tea on my clothes. One lady fell on floor!! Looks like there is problem in the engine or the way it is operated. Why the journey in this prestigious train cannot be smooth. Any idea from the fellow members? Is this technical fault beyond the control of Indian Railways?

ICF Rake with yellow end border is CBC Coupled rake been used for GT/Tamilnadu/Sampark Kranti etc....u gonna feel the same!!
