I think this is the answe to high speed railways not bullet trains. It a waste of money.
No body Understand the Idea behind the Bullet Train and people just start commenting. Even we start the Project now, it will take minimum 8 years, to start first bullet train. So our First bullet train may be ready by 2026 - 27. But for that we have to think today.
Other Angle is of economics Out of 90000 Crore Rs (Approx.) Cost japan will provide 50000 Crore Rs. as a loan, that too on 0.01 % of interest. That means on total we keep loan for 15 Years we have to pay just 1.51% flat interest. It means we are bringing money from outside on just 1.51% interest for 15 years. It is great deal. We don't have to invest more....
