Today i received this reply:
"The matter raised by you is not a grievance and you would appreciate that points raised are fresh demands/suggestions. Thanks for the same. The routes/timings of inter-railway trains are finalized after taking into consideration the demands, traffic potential, availability of path/platforms enroute, destination points, other operational feasibility and convenience of the majority of the passengers particularly at the originating/terminating points. Many trains TT schedule have been changed for convenience of Passenger. Best example is LTT UBL exp.

Yes.. and this only thing i asked to NWR. I asked to just delay the timings a bit atleast by 1-2 hrs so that it could arrive JP at after 3 am, But they replied demand is not correct. Not possible.
then it will require another rake or frequency will be reduced to biweekly... with 12 13 hrs pf Prim Maint.

another rake will be reqd.... even same way CDG JP terminates at 1 am...
eve in HWH, DBG HWH arrives at 3am.. most time arrives BT at 2:40-45 am..
