Today i received this reply:
"The matter raised by you is not a grievance and you would appreciate that points raised are fresh demands/suggestions. Thanks for the same. The routes/timings of inter-railway trains are finalized after taking into consideration the demands, traffic potential, availability of path/platforms enroute, destination points, other operational feasibility and convenience of the majority of the passengers particularly at the originating/terminating points. dont ask to change a set TT.. its not just possible for any zone to change slots.. for IR now, no time is odd.... many imp trains arrive JP after 1 am..
