Lack of facilities at railway station irks passengers
Thoothukkudi terminal station and Thoothukkudi Melur station which is just 1km distance have to be developed as single station as Thoothukkudi City Terminal Station. 2Nos of Under Ground passes have to be provided for 1&2 gates.Moreover 2 nos of 1.5 km platforms have been developed. Both sides of the extended CITY station so many refreshments stalls are there for the passenger.
