I have seen in many stations in the absence of charts passengers keep on running from one place to another. Charts need to be pasted as this helps lots of people who may not be very familiar with mobile msgs etc. Also it does help the senior citizens a lot.
Removing the policy of pasting charts will cause lots of inconvenience to passengers.
