then why is the fencing issue raised?are trains at 100 kmph not dangerous? any high speed train can have this issue, now trains have been given 130 permission, is the track around there fenc?

fence lagane ke baad bhi log apni suvidha ke liye use ukhad dete hai, kam se kam rly me to yeh mumkin nahi hai, jahan manned level crossing hone ke bawazood accident hote ho
