when a train with Spcl Fare & Prem Charges runs late more than 4-5 hrs , Railway should refund half of the fare..
this is Ridiculous to charge extra & run these 9+ hrs late...

this is exactly what pissed off most railway users about premium train rather than dynamic pricing. in a country like India where people hate being fleeced this is nothing short of being openly looted.
this happened because of poor scheduling...
tat between 02263 and 02264 was too less

improper scheduling is IR's fault, why should passengers pay twice for traveling in a train running late by hours.
90 mins TAT is actually too less for most regular SFE, this one being special was destined to fail.
even Ananya as a SFE runs late by more than 90 mins at times at AII.

chalo TT waise banya fir Loot q rhe hai, normal SF kar k chalate.. per tkt 400-500 rs extra le rha hai SDAH JP k leye from both sides.
