I m totally agree with ur first thing that is region.... But bro if they dnt do it now then they can't be able to break the power of two ruling parties in UP. Every one wants to successful in their work... So they are jst doing that..... And brother.... Last week I was travelling to jp from NDLS and amazed to see the working spirit of railway for underpass between Rewari and JP. If you gone through the budget draft... Prabhu had given something to all region and states....and small small thing will be covered in between.... Wo bhi insaan hai bhai.... 18 month mai 65 saal ka paap tho saaf nhi ho sakta na.... But he is doing best and better than any other RM and I knw whole india will agree on this statements.
