if you are talking about criticism of IR under current RM then examples would be over favoring of PM's and MoSR's regions/constituency over many other deserving regions of IR, introduction of dynamic pricing and holiday specials run with dynamic pricing despite almost no upgrade on facilities or punctuality
if on other hand you are talking about social media interaction, then one grouse would that while IR is interacting in a much better way on twitter but the way most of the staff in IR treats its passengers is still deplorable. also, the way PG portal grievances are still turned away/transferred to wrong departments is still irritating, and nothing significant has been done on them.
