Bdw why is RNC GR allowed to overtake? It should have no problem trailing AC.. not justified

Rly ka khud apna akal thikane p nahi h...ek toh kahenge Garib Rath is subsidized AC travel & loss making.. Upar se Ranchi GR..jis route ka Rajdhani bhi is the most los making Rajdhani of IR...still GR getting priority over AC
