Bdw why is RNC GR allowed to overtake? It should have no problem trailing AC.. not justified

Shatabdi har din cnb tak lead kar sakti hai sabko toh AC ko kyun pitwa dete hain controllers..jabki ye bas ek hi din hai.. wo bhi no halts in ndls-cnb section..unlike shatabdi.. plus fully lhb ac and 130 permit..sabkuch hai..fir bhi ek din bina pite nahi chal pati ye ncr controllers se
