The prblm is..indian ..management ..
There are top ..engineers ..but what they can do if centre doesnt provide fund...
Eg is my area's doubling work ..which took 3 years to complete just swaroopganj to keshavganj ..because centre didnt provided fund to contractors and they stopped working ..
