convinient jagah hai, isliye CR aur SECR ne divisional HQ ka office udhar daal diya.
jurisdiction of NGP/CR and NGP/SECR is different, with one having control towards Amravati side, the other towards Raipur side.
yeh map dekh lo ( click here ), towards SECR wala side SECR/NGP ka start hai, whereas joh blue mai hai woh CR/NGP hai
