I suggest that WR shall be de-linked the Chain.Instead of chain pulling system activate SMS /VOICE CALL/VIDEO CALL/EMAIL contact to the RPF /GUARD/STATION MASTER/DIVISIONAL VIGILANCE.

The chain pulling system should be like in ..lhb coaches. . then chain pulling will least affect the trains RUN ..
Its the need in some region s like ..mgs pnbe jhajha ..ASN.
Most required in uttar pradesh state regions ..where trains are looted by decoits and police won't able to do ....anything ..

Ok.Chain pulling should not attached to the brake.Chain pulling shall be alerted all the security staffs ;TTE and the Gaurd .They can manage .
