All calculation gets lost whn its the situation of berth/seat crunch at emergency/last moment!! Flight vs WL vs High Suvidha Cost!!
But imagine, i need to go MTJ/RTM frm BCT, flight already out of choice if i get Talgo (while i opt Suvidha till now even if slower & vis-a-vis flight fare to avoid Airport reach hiccups)!!
