on time performance depends upon how much load shared.
BPQ G JBP gets trains like MS gaya GK bagmati then ET load will be reduced else if they say only new trains no use in new lines

Lines are currently overutilized, apart from few necessary GC and new lines, Increasing the line capacity should be of prime focus
not all lines are over utilized boss. in tamil nadu TPJ MNM VPT SCT, KRR NMKL SA, KPD VM, still not utilized properly. trunk lines are extremely overloaded.
Not talking about all lines dear, the over utilized ones need doubling and tripling.

few trains having loco reversal at ED can very well diverted via NMKL(MYS MV TN MYS, TN OKHA RMM OKHA etc).
