This is now becoming a common issue in TL updates as to how frequent should a loco be sighted with the corresponding train to be updated in 'loco' section of page. how 'regular' is regular (or not regular)??
this is what even i know, but PPG sir hails from kolkata himself so i expect he has spotted it with HWH P7's too on ocassions. neither of us belongs to that location so while we can tell about the most common links, the less common ones will only be known to the people who stay there.
