Lot of constraints are there... But Yes, having said that there are times when things it does are way beyond the understanding. Like detention of GD. Why in God's name they do that, is way beyond comprehension. Also, vaishali as a matter of fact. Last night unnecessarily halted at TDL.
Bottom line if ur train is not 130kmph or "Priority Tag" is not there, it will bite dusts in NCR... But don't be mistaken by that.. NCR is that zone which has the capacity to do this sometimes, irrespective of ur Tag also.
