NR strictly Said to NFR to not do anything to that Defective Piece Just Do some Jugaad as DBRG is a Secondary Maintenance Depot. And it is NR Base Rake if it have been NFR Rake DBWS has easily Fixed by Replacing it with Another Coach or just Change the Glass at the Workshop not just having Jugaad to Prestigious Train to and of NFR.
