Has Vaishali Express been OT in the LJN-BJU sector ever? I mean, its the highest priority train here, "better than Rajdhani" according to its division; considering that no Raj or Durontos run here, has any train OT this one in this sector[under normal cases; loco failures are not an acceptable reason].
