Should the Decision of IR of 3-Phase Link withdrawal from 12259/12260 is justified ?

Yes It's absolutely justified IR has taken the Correct Decision by giving the Charge of this Train to WAP-4

No IR has taken Completely wrong decision by withdrawing WAP-5/WAP-7 from this Train as 3-Phase Link was better than the Present Link with this Train

May give WAP 7 still punctuality will be same punctuality will improve then only when NCR will not it troll behind 12560 till ALD or unless 12560 get 130 MPs if get them good for fastest dur otherwise going to never ending problem
