Bhai wo mai bhi padh raha hu.... But abhi bhi tho wahi hai.... 10 bje sai AC ka tatkal hota hai or 11 sai SL ka... Isme change ky hua phir
Aapka matlab hai ye timing already pehle se he hai.. Now I get it..
If all WL confirmation bcum IR responsibility, thn:
1. No need of Tatkal Booking!!
2. Suvidha/Tatkal-Spl Fare SPL needs to get shut-down!!
3. Non performing train may not get full even in peak season, cz u get WL confirmed by IR!!

Rly apne paaon par khud khulaadi maarega agar sab ka wl clear ho jaayega. Ck quota, suvidha,tatkal SPL are a source of very high income for rlys as well as for their so called agents. Kitni bhi train chala lo l, it's impossible to clear huge wl of some most VIP trains. Eg. 12393,12553,12801,12309,12561,12565 are only few trains. Many more but then the list will be endless.
Waise Lucknow mein ek vikalp ka option trail base pe 2 months se chal raha hai. Form fill kerte time aap usko select ker lo. Agar waiting hogi toh aapko kuch trains mein confirmed seat ka option mobile pe msg se ayega. Aap reply karoge toh seat confirm ho jaegi.
