Of course not. In fact when the regional language is Hindi (e.g. Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Rajasthan etc), we generally keep the regional name box blank. But here that is not the case. The station is in Assam, it must be having a regional language. The local language in most part of Assam is Assamese, and in Barak Valley, it is mostly Bengali.
