Another solution is donot allow wl tickets give only confirm and rac ticets in general and rl quota , stop allowing cancellation of ticket before one day. And in the tatkal quota merge all vacant seats (if there is any vacancy after confirming all rac tickets and in tatkal quota stopnallowing refund in confirm tatkal tickets
Agar Railway Minister Sri S.P.Prabhu waiting tickets k liye dusra dual train chala ne ka kam suru karange tab kuch solution mil sakta hay. Otherwise aisa hi chalta rahe ga.
Jo apna infrastructure hain usme regular trains chalane mein itni muskil ho rahi hain hamesha late latifi ka shikaar ho rahi hain, improper maintenance ki wajah raaste mein technical glitch AA rahe hain ,duplicate kahan se chalenge.
No of coaches increase karne ka intezaam karna hoga especially general and sleeper upto 30 coaches per train. Plains me to engine capacity aur platform length badhake ye kiya ja sakta hai
