1. Ticket booked in first 75 days of ARP, and cencellation within 110 days of ARP : Cancellation Rules should be as it is.
2. Ticket Booked in 75-110 days of ARP, and cancellation within 110-120 days of ARP : Only 60% Refund Should be allowed.

ARP, Cancellation within 110-115 days of ARP - Only 40 % refund should be allowed.
4. Ticket booked in 115-120 days of ARP, and cancellation within 115-120 days of ARP - No Refund should be allowed.
Ticket should be allowed to book in the following manner:
1. No Waiting Ticket should be allowed to boook in first 90 days of ARP.
2. Only RAC Ticket should be be booked in 91-115 days of ARP.
3. Waiting list, 10% of total seats should be allowed to booked as WL in 115-120 days of ARP.
