Its amazing, how this train started with 6-SL, 1-3A and 1-2A, got upgraded to 6-SL. 6-3A, 2.5-2A, and 1.5-1A........
IR is giving importance to AC passengers. Instead of this IR could have started a daily AC express to NJP

That is because IR has to take care of it's finances too, right!
As of now only 3-A and to some extent 2-A provide IR with some profit in the passenger earnings!
Besides Padatik is a 'heavy in demand' train round the year, therefore it's coach augmentation makes sense!
