A small query..yesterday i saw this train skipping such a major town and junction bhopal at flat50 kmph and most of the trains arrive nishatpura in full speed and run at 40-50 kmph till the outer signal then start crawling but in bihar i ve noticed that trains when a scheduled halt approaches train start crawling at least from 5-10 km prior to that particular halt why is it so ?
