Should this NFR's ISO Certified Train 15959/60 HWH DBRG Kamrup Express (Daily) to get LHB Rakes with Speed Upgradations is also need ?

Darjeeling Mail ko LHB nahi milega kyunki usme slip coaches h Haldibari k liye joki ICF Pass mein jode jaate h,upar se 3 GS mein se 1 GS Resvd for Defence personnel..so GS wale pax kaha jayyenge?
Saying 'Yes' as this train travels through many sensitive areas of North East which are plagued by insurgency of militants & LHB coaches have much more safety aspects other than ICFs.
Speed doesn't matter in remote areas of North East India but safe connectivity matters so 'Speeding up' of this train in remote areas can be put off, rather we can convert it into 'Composite train' type which can be Superfast from Howrah - Guwahati section & there after normal Mail/Express.

Saraighat ko koyi khas zarurat nhi h q ki it is already 24 coacher & after LHBfication it will be 22. DJ mail ka bhi same problem hai plus slip attch/detachment.
Phir To in Sab Ko LHB Allot ho sakta hai
