The Data related to the punctuality of a state is completely confusing. Which trains are considered, those which pass through a state or those which terminates in any state. If passing trains have been considered then because of NCR's and NR's Wonderful controlling UP should remain at the bottom and if terminating Trains are considered then God knows how Jharkhand found a place in Punctual states list.
