Union Railway Minister Suresh Prabhakar Prabhu will lay the foundation for construction of Imphal railway station at Malom on July 30 .
According to an official source, Minister of State for Railway Rajen Gohain will accompany the Union Minister in laying the foundation stone for the station along the Jiri-Tupul-Imphal railway.
WL Hangshing, who is in-charge of Chief Secretary, presided a meeting of officials yesterday in connection with the Minister's visit.
