Kaushal Vivek^~ 5911 blog postsThe Legendary Imperial Mail aka Mumbai Mail via Allahabad ( now COI ) at GAYA, arrived behind typical KPA cut HWH Red Beast. Well the condition of the coaches were not at all good. All coaches welded, damaged etc. Dont know how IR is permitting to run them. Atleast such welding works should be done in apropoer way. The coaches looks shabby, I hope ER takes good care of them.

Before LHB even Poorva had shit coaches. HWH daily trains like Doon, Jodhpur, Mumbai mail all have very poor coaches.
Poorva ke phir bhi thik the.. Jodhpur aur Imperial mail ke to bilkul third class hain.. Sleeper Windows tak band nahi hoti . Winter season me to haalat kharab ho jati ha
the reason is Eastern Railway Howrah division allots the best coaches 2 Saraighat Express and the worst coaches are given to Kalka Mail Jodhpur Express Mumbai mail and Doon Express reason is most of the sleeper class passengers in these trains are migrant labour also ER does not have sufficient new coaches as allocation from ICF and RCF is poor.similarly ER Sealdah division allots the best coaches to Darjeeling Mail padatik Express and Gour Express whereas the worst coaches have given to Kanchan Kanya Express Uttar Banga Express Teesta Torsa Express Hata Bazar Express Gangasagar Express and Ballia Express..HWH having a passenger revenue of 538 cr per annum still allocation of coaches is pretty much biased..
