Just saw the running status of 12314. It passed from MRE to BMU in just 3 minutes (23:43 to 23:46). Now, the distance is around 8 km so it means the train had a speed of around 160 km/hr in this duration. Now how is this possible if maximum allowed speed is 130 km/hr? Does this mean some kind of error in the reporting times as it galloped across these stations or do the trains really happen to reach such speeds at times?

See a photo proof of ntes making up stories which I once spotted on 15049 at jhajha (which is one of IR's storyteller)..there are a ton of other instances with other trains too but that would eat my Internet bill if I post here!
