Dear friends,
My IRCTC account has been suspended by IRCTC. Unfortunately my mobile no and e mail ID are linked to that account. I sent a mail to cust@irctc.in and I received an automated reply with a ticket no. what's the next step? Please somebody advise me in this regard.

I tried that. But my mail ID and mobile no are linked to that account. I can go for new mail ID. But mobile no?
this happened with me too.i too mailed them and got a reply that i used autofill options on the website (which i never did) and high usage.
you dont have any option now other than creating a new id with a different mobile number and mail id.

Unfortunately I can't change my mobile no since I have been using it for the past several years. So, I have to create another id. What's life with thousands of user ids and passwords. :(....Thank you friends.
