Outside member especially from road/air lines related experience would serve the purpose of IRlys in long run. The good practices followed by the efficient private sector could then percolate in IRly working. A Rly board with members (chairman should be preferably from Railways) from Rlys as well as outside is a must to bring in new ideas and new ways of working.
Structure of IRys should be as per the functions of the organization. The graduates recruited need to orient themselves in accordance to the working of I.Rlys rather than they trying to reorient the railway functions as per their qualifications.
