Speed Was Between 125-130 Kmph Because It Took Approximate 5Sec To Clear 9Coach Each20m Long which comes To Approximate 129Kmph So Speed Might Have Been Between 125-130Kmph

Actually, each coach is around 14m in length. So, you my have to lower your estimate. :)

These Are Talgo 9 Series And As Per Specification Each Coach Is Of length 20m

With 14m length Speed Might Come Aroung 90Kmph and Train Was Definitely Not Moving Less Than 100

Can you share the specification sheet? I could only find the specs for Talgo 250 and other train sets. However, if you follow the Wikipedia link for Talgo 9, you will be redirected to a page about a Russian trainset, ( The Strizh ) which uses the rake. For this rake, the train length for a 18 coach rake is given as 250m, which boils down to about 14m per coach.
Also, if you see the photos of the Talgo rake with a WAP5, it is quite evident that the coaches are shorter than the WAP5 loco, which it self is only 18m long. So, I guess it is safe to assume the coach length is about 15

You Were Right Coach Are 14M In Length, I Mistook Length Of Traction Unit Of 20M

Downloaded Video And Calculated Time in Milli Sec, Time To Cross 9Coach Of 14M Each Frame Start :- 24S137mS - End Frame :- 27S527mS = 3Sec39mSec, So Approx Speed = 126/3Sec39mSec = 133.80 Kmph So Speed Was Near About 130Kmph
