Talgo train in Kota at at very high speed during today's trial run between New Delhi and Mumbai (Courtesy:Pawan Kumar). Can anybody tell what might be the speed of train in this video?

Can you share the specification sheet? I could only find the specs for Talgo 250 and other train sets. However, if you follow the Wikipedia link for Talgo 9, you will be redirected to a page about a Russian trainset, ( The Strizh ) which uses the rake. For this rake, the train length for a 18 coach rake is given as 250m, which boils down to about 14m per coach.
Also, if you see the photos of the Talgo rake with a WAP5, it is quite evident that the coaches are shorter than the WAP5 loco, which it self is only 18m long. So, I guess it is safe to assume the coach length is about 15
