Another of those frequently reported ignorant remarks. Talgo runs at 250 kmph on standard gauge tracks. Whichever way you customise, speed can't drop to less than 200. In fact, it is the Indian Railways which is unable to provide infrastructure for a speed greater than 150 kmph. For Talgo, Delhi-Mumbai in less than 12 hours is a cakewalk any which way
