Indian Railways can be utilized the under utilized sections effectively rather than huge money deployed in various projects.First identity all the under utilized sections and plan for effective mode of utilization to recover cost involved in these projects.No station / sections shall be closed during night times.Over Night long distance Trains have to be operated effectively.
Examples of some sections in Madurai Division under SR.
1) Manamadurai to Virudhunagar section via Aruppukottai.
