This project gonna take a long time, man. It's super important that we finish it before the current RM's term ends 'cause once we get a new RM, they might not care as much and the priority might go down, you know what I mean? There are actually three projects happening in Mumbai for linking the railway with ports: Roha-Dighi, Karad-Chiplun and Vaibhavwadi-Kolhapur. I hope they get done real soon, 'cause it's gonna boost production and exports in western Maharashtra and Raigad (which has a super important MIDC in Roha) as well as helping out our ports.
