12685 is a surprise even before couple of days before I read somewhere TN rake was given to this train.
NZM-TVC rake was older than 2 years and it was dispatched by RCF. It should have coach marking starting with 14 or before. SR received a lot of LHB coaches (Apr-2015 to till now) from ICF and if all are with SR and have correct composition they can right away run 2-4 more rakes with LHB.
Those would have gone for All India tour or for some other zones other than...
